Rachael Child of SIDA NZ challenged us to collaborate on this High-Level Strategic Blueprint.
During their strategic development process, The Visual Thinking Lab simultaneously developed a visual narrative in which it activated the discussion among stakeholders, thus allowing for a visionary consolidation of what its future will be like.
During our process, The Visual Thinking Lab facilitated a virtual workshop through the online tool Miro, creating two vision journeys based on two user personas. In which the final result is a High-Level Blueprint document that will help decision-making supported by a clear and tangible strategy.
