Founded by Edgar Melitão, a former Human-centred Visual Designer, who puts his 20+ years of experience collaborating with government departments, social impact organisations, academic researchers, corporate and technology industry leaders,  into practice, to deliver strategies and meaningful audience experiences.

During my 16 years working in New Zealand, 70% of my work has been with Māori and Pacific-focused organisations. I practice design thinking to define and understand audiences, cultural contexts, and values to influence my empathetic approach. With an agile process, my work is constantly re-evaluated to achieve a deep sense of ownership by the audience.
